This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm & piston cup assembly is specially customized for Indeco hydraulic rock breakers MES3500, MES4000, MES5000, HP3000 and HP3500 series. It is the core energy storage sealing component of breaker nitrogen accumulator, fully isolating nitrogen chamber and hydraulic oil circuit.
Adopted imported high-performance reinforced polyurethane + modified FKM composite material, it features outstanding fatigue resistance, nitrogen tightness, high pressure and high temperature resistance. It perfectly replaces original Indeco OEM diaphragm & piston cup, solves common failures including nitrogen leakage, insufficient impact force, hammer power attenuation and frequent overheating, greatly extending breaker service life under long-term mining, demolition and heavy crushing working conditions.
