Additional Notes

  • Strictly follow the equipment requirements to control the working oil flow at 115~160L/min and operating pressure at 14.7~17.7MPa. It is only suitable for 20-25 ton excavators. Overflow and overpressure operation are strictly prohibited to avoid damage to core hydraulic components such as pistons, cylinders and main control valves due to overload, which will shorten the service life of the equipment.
  • The equipment is equipped with a basic anti-dry fire device. Violent operations such as dry firing, side loading and prying heavy objects are strictly prohibited during operation. Switch between normal/high-speed impact modes reasonably according to the hardness of crushed materials such as rock and concrete, so as to reduce abnormal wear of chisels and bushings and reduce the risk of component fracture.
  • When installing the hydraulic pipeline, it must be operated by professionals to ensure that the pipeline connection is sealed and leak-free; After installation, the air in the pipeline must be completely exhausted to prevent cavitation from damaging the internal precision parts and ensure the stable operation of the breaker without abnormal noise and power attenuation.
