This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm & piston cup repair kit is specially developed for MSB MS200 / MS220-HIGH hydraulic rock breakers, widely matched on medium excavators and demolition construction machinery. The package includes dedicated nitrogen storage diaphragm, piston sealing cup, auxiliary O-rings and gaskets for full accumulator overhaul replacement.
Manufactured with imported high-performance PPDI polyurethane + modified FKM composite rubber, the product features outstanding high-frequency fatigue resistance, hydraulic oil resistance, nitrogen isolation stability and wear resistance. It fully replaces original MSB breaker diaphragm parts, effectively solving common failures like nitrogen leakage, impact force attenuation, accumulator failure and abnormal breaker vibration, greatly extending the service life of hydraulic hammers under continuous heavy impact operation.

Core diaphragm and piston cup adopt high-strength PPDI polyurethane with fluororubber composite vulcanization technology. Anti-aging, anti-swelling under hydraulic oil immersion, stable elasticity under -35°C low temperature and 135°C high temperature working environment.
All finished parts pass 32MPa ultra-high pressure nitrogen sealing test, withstand thousands of high-frequency reciprocating impacts per minute without cracking or permanent deformation. Effectively isolate hydraulic oil and nitrogen, maintain stable impact power and eliminate breaker power drop.
Integrates all matching sealing accessories required for accumulator disassembly and maintenance. One set meets full repair demand, saves spare parts matching time and reduces equipment downtime & maintenance cost.
Each diaphragm kit undergoes air tightness, high pressure fatigue and high-low temperature aging tests before delivery, fully meets OEM production standards, ensuring stable long-term operation under harsh construction conditions.
