This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm cup is specially developed for Montabert SC28 hydraulic rock breakers. It is the core nitrogen storage sealing component of the breaker accumulator, replacing the original rubber diaphragm to solve common failures such as nitrogen leakage, insufficient impact force, frequent nitrogen refilling and weak hammering.
Adopted imported high-performance HNBR composite rubber + reinforced TPU lining, the product boasts outstanding nitrogen resistance, fatigue resistance, wear resistance and low temperature resistance. It maintains stable elastic sealing under long-term high-frequency impact and heavy load mining conditions, effectively extending the service life of the breaker and reducing maintenance downtime.

Core diaphragm body uses imported HNBR with TPU reinforcing layer. Superior nitrogen penetration resistance, anti-aging and anti-fatigue performance, resisting hydraulic oil corrosion and dust abrasion under harsh construction environments. Stable elasticity in -35°C to 110°C wide temperature range.
Passed 22MPa long-cycle fatigue pressure test. Effectively prevents nitrogen slow leakage, avoids frequent nitrogen filling, keeps the breaker’s striking energy stable, eliminates weak hammering, intermittent impact and other breakdown problems.
Integrated hot-press molding process without splicing gaps. High-frequency reciprocating impact won’t crack or deform, greatly reducing replacement frequency and cutting equipment daily maintenance cost.
Each diaphragm undergoes air tightness, fatigue impact and high-low temperature aging tests before delivery, fully meets Montabert original sealing standards, stable and reliable for long-term mining and construction heavy-duty work.
