This premium accumulator diaphragm & full seal repair kit is specially developed for TOYO THBB1300 hydraulic rock breakers, widely matched on medium-sized excavators and engineering demolition machinery. The kit contains complete accumulator diaphragm, rubber seal cups, shaft oil seals, O-rings, gaskets and anti-extrusion backup rings for full breaker overhaul maintenance.
Adopted imported high-performance FKM fluororubber and reinforced wear-resistant NBR composite material, the kit delivers outstanding hydraulic oil resistance, high & low temperature tolerance and anti-fatigue impact resistance. It fully replaces original TOYO spare parts, solves typical faults including nitrogen leakage, weak striking force, oil seepage and pressure attenuation, and extends the service life of THBB1300 breaker under long-time heavy crushing operation.

All finished parts pass strict 18MPa nitrogen pressure air tightness and repeated impact fatigue testing. Effectively stop nitrogen leakage of accumulator and external cylinder oil seepage, maintain stable striking power and consistent breaking efficiency of the hammer.
