This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm and piston cup assembly is specially developed for Etc. Core diaphragm and piston cup adopt imported PPDI polyurethane mixed modified HNBR formula via high-temperature integral vulcanization. Superior tear resistance, anti-fatigue performance, resistant to hydraulic oil corrosion and high-temperature aging, stable elasticity within -30°C ~ 140°C wide temperature range.
All finished products pass 26.0MPa high-pressure cycle fatigue test. Effectively prevent nitrogen chamber leakage and hydraulic oil mixing, maintain consistent striking power of the breaker, eliminate frequent diaphragm rupture, weak impact and pressure loss faults.
Complete set includes main diaphragm, piston cup and matching auxiliary gaskets required for accumulator overhaul. One-piece purchase covers all sealing consumables, shortens on-site repair time and lowers overall equipment operation cost.
