This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm & piston cup is custom engineered for TOYO TOYO5000 hydraulic rock breakers, core spare part for excavator demolition and mining machinery. It serves as the key isolation component between high-pressure nitrogen chamber and hydraulic oil circuit, preventing nitrogen leakage, weak impact force and abnormal breaker failure.
Adopted imported modified HNBR & high-tenacity polyurethane composite material, the diaphragm owns outstanding high-frequency fatigue resistance, oil resistance, abrasion and low-temperature resistance. It fully matches original TOYO dimensional standards, effectively solves nitrogen escape, impact attenuation and early rubber cracking issues, greatly extending continuous service life under severe mining & construction heavy-load working conditions.

Core diaphragm body adopts imported high-performance HNBR rubber with polyurethane reinforcement layer. Anti-aging, anti-oil swelling and anti-tearing, stable elasticity maintained within -30°C to 120°C wide temperature range, resisting frequent high-frequency reciprocating deformation.
Each piece undergoes 62MPa ultra-high pressure air tightness fatigue test. Perfectly separates nitrogen and hydraulic oil, avoids nitrogen loss causing weak breaking force, ensures consistent striking energy and stable breaker operation all day long.
Complete matching set including main diaphragm piston cup, auxiliary sealing O-rings and anti-extrusion backup rings. All needed accessories for accumulator overhaul are included, saving spare parts matching time and reducing equipment maintenance downtime cost.
