This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm & full repair seal kit is custom engineered for MONTABERT V1200 hydraulic rock breakers, widely equipped on medium excavators, mining and demolition construction machinery. The complete kit includes core nitrogen storage diaphragm (rubber cup), shaft oil seals, O-rings, PU wear rings, gaskets and backup rings for full breaker overhaul maintenance.
Made of imported high-performance FKM fluororubber, reinforced composite rubber and wear-resistant PU, the kit features outstanding oil resistance, nitrogen aging resistance, anti-fatigue flexibility and impact wear resistance. It perfectly matches original MONTABERT OEM standard parts, solves common failures such as nitrogen leakage, hydraulic oil seepage, insufficient impact force and pressure attenuation, and greatly extends the service life of the breaker under long-term heavy rock breaking and demolition working conditions.
