Product Overview
This heavy-duty diaphragm and cup seal is specially developed for Atlas Copco DP2250 hydraulic rock drifter, the flagship heavy-duty underground hydraulic drilling equipment of DP series, widely matched with underground mine tunneling, large rock excavation and tunnel boring hydraulic systems. The product integrates accumulator energy storage diaphragm and hydraulic reciprocating piston cup seal, fully supporting full overhaul and daily maintenance of DP2250 deep-hole rock drill.
Adopting thickened fabric-reinforced NBR nitrile rubber and high-toughness wear-resistant PU polyurethane as core raw materials, this set of sealing parts features outstanding nitrogen penetration resistance, ultra-high impact fatigue resistance, strong wear resistance and long-term anti-aging performance, which can be directly replaced with original Atlas Copco sealing spare parts. It thoroughly solves common faults such as accumulator nitrogen leakage, cylinder internal oil leakage, system impact pressure attenuation and insufficient drilling power, greatly extending the service life of DP2250 rock drill under long-time heavy load, ultra-high frequency impact, severe vibration and high-dust underground harsh working conditions.

All sealing components pass strict 30MPa high-pressure sealing test and long-cycle continuous impact aging simulation test. The integrated bowl-shaped curved surface fits the inner cavity of the accumulator and cylinder perfectly, completely eliminating nitrogen leakage and internal oil leakage of the drill body, stabilizing hydraulic output pressure, and ensuring constant impact force and stable drilling speed of DP2250 rock drill under heavy rock drilling, continuous high-frequency impact and strong vibration working conditions.

Independently molded according to the internal cavity structure of DP2250 heavy-duty drifter accumulator and piston sealing position, with reinforced sealing edge design to avoid displacement during high-frequency operation.
