It contains complete core wearing parts including nitrogen storage diaphragm leather cups, shaft seals, O-rings, gaskets and anti-extrusion backup rings for full machine overhaul maintenance.
Core vulnerable diaphragm adopts imported high-strength PPDI composite rubber, standard sealing parts use high-performance NBR and FKM fluororubber, featuring outstanding high-temperature resistance, fatigue resistance, oil resistance and impact dynamic resilience. The core nitrogen leather cup diaphragm adopts ultra-high toughness PPDI special rubber, with strong anti-fatigue and high-temperature resistance up to 150℃; auxiliary sealing components use oil-resistant FKM fluororubber, equipped with reinforced backup rings to prevent extrusion damage under high nitrogen pressure, stable performance under long-frequency impact.
