Product Overview

This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm & cup repair kit is specially developed for SOOSAN D6 and D9 hydraulic rock breakers, widely equipped on small & medium excavators for demolition, rock crushing and municipal engineering. The complete set includes accumulator rubber diaphragm (gas separation membrane), leather cup, O-rings, buffer gaskets and anti-extrusion backup rings for full accumulator overhaul.

Adopted imported high-strength reinforced FKM fluororubber + high-toughness NBR composite material, the kit features outstanding impact fatigue resistance, oil resistance, nitrogen aging resistance and ultra-high elasticity. It perfectly replaces original SOOSAN OEM diaphragms, solves common failures like diaphragm rupture, nitrogen leakage, insufficient impact force and unstable striking power, and greatly extends breaker service life under long-time high-frequency impact working conditions.
