This heavy-duty accumulator piston cup diaphragm is custom-engineered for Etc. K30 hydraulic rock breakers, widely matched to 6–8 ton mini excavators and demolition construction machinery. It serves as the core energy storage sealing part inside the breaker accumulator, isolating high-pressure nitrogen and hydraulic oil perfectly.
Produced with imported modified HNBR + reinforced fiber composite material, the diaphragm features outstanding fatigue resistance, high-frequency shock resistance, oil & temperature aging resistance. It thoroughly solves common failures like diaphragm rupture, nitrogen leakage, weak impact force and unstable striking, greatly extending the continuous working life of the K30 breaker under long-time heavy demolition operation.
