This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm cup is specially engineered for MTB MTB25 hydraulic rock breakers, widely fitted on small & medium excavators for quarrying, demolition and road construction. It is the core energy storage sealing part inside the breaker accumulator, isolating high-pressure nitrogen and hydraulic oil completely.
Adopted imported high-performance HNBR rubber with reinforced tensile layer, this diaphragm delivers outstanding fatigue resistance, oil resistance and wide temperature adaptability. It perfectly replaces original MTB OEM diaphragm, solves common faults like nitrogen leakage, weak impact force and frequent energy loss, and greatly extends breaker service life under long-period high-frequency striking operation.
