Additional Notes

  • Strict Hydraulic Parameter Control Adhere strictly to the rated parameters: Oil Flow 35-65 L/min and Working Pressure 100-150 bar. Excessive flow leads to hydraulic system overheating, while insufficient pressure reduces impact efficiency. Long-term deviation will drastically shorten seal and breaker service life.
  • The SB202 is only compatible with 2.5-6 ton excavators. Before operation, inspect the carrier’s hydraulic pump and arm pipelines to ensure they can handle continuous work at 17kW maximum power and 850-1800 bpm impact frequency. Do not overload smaller carriers.
  • After seal replacement or maintenance, run a 3-5 minute no-load test. Check for oil leaks at the cylinder and pipelines, and confirm stable impact frequency with no abnormal noise. If pressure drops suddenly, immediately stop the machine to inspect for misaligned seals or air in the hydraulic system.
