Additional Notes

  • Strict adhere to the rated parameters: Oil Flow 50-80 L/min and Working Pressure 100-150 bar. Operating outside this range will cause either insufficient impact force (under-pressure/flow) or accelerated seal and component wear (over-pressure/flow), drastically reducing service life.
  • The SB302 is only compatible with 4.5-9 ton excavators. Before operation, verify the carrier’s hydraulic pump, boom, and mounting brackets can safely handle the 20kW maximum power and 600-1400 bpm impact frequency. Never mount it on smaller carriers to avoid overloading and machine damage.
  • After seal replacement or overhaul, conduct a 5-minute no-load test. Check for oil leaks at the cylinder, valve block, and hose connections. Confirm the impact frequency is stable and free of abnormal knocking or vibration. If pressure drops occur, immediately inspect for trapped air or misaligned seals.
