This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm cup (leather cup) is specially customized for Montabert BRP85 & BRP95-HIGH hydraulic rock breakers. It is the core energy storage sealing component inside the breaker nitrogen accumulator, fully isolating high-pressure nitrogen chamber and hydraulic oil circuit.
Manufactured with imported high-performance modified PPDI polyurethane + reinforced NBR composite material, it delivers outstanding fatigue resistance, oil resistance, low/high temperature resistance and anti-aging performance. It perfectly replaces original Montabert OEM diaphragm parts, solves common failures including nitrogen leakage, insufficient impact force, breaker power attenuation and overheating, and greatly extends the continuous service life of breakers under long-time high-frequency crushing operation.
